This outfit post has somehow gotten lost in my long list of backlogs. Haha! I wore this for my 26th birthday this year so it’s been months already since that day. But if you look at the bright side, at least it didn’t reach ‘till my 27th. Haha! Because my birthday fell on a weekday, I couldn’t wear skirts or dresses because I had to go back to work after my lunch break celebration with my family. So, for this year I settled for a simple, classic look for my birthday. :) A pair of trousers, a simple silk blouse and heels. You can never go wrong with such basic choices! You just have to choose the right fabric and cuts to make the outfit look less casual. :) However next time, maybe a more dressy top would be nice as well. Hahaha! :) Details: H&M Navy Blue Trousers // The Urban Hour V Neck Blouse // Vintage Belt // GoldDot White Pumps // Coach White Sling Bag :) #Outfit #ootd #lotd #lookbook #look #style #BirthdayLook #styleblogger #simple #classic #HM #theUrbanHour #HM #GoldDot #Coach #blogger #personalstyle #trouserfashion

These are the things you might want to include in your bag when you’re traveling. You’ll find these things extremely useful especially when you’re on a delayed Cebu Pacific flight. Haha! Humuhugot ako, sorry. Sayang kasi sa araw yung pag-iintay sa airport. That day was already part of your office leaves and your travel dates. Kung kasama ka sa tour, naiwan ka na ng bus at hindi mo na nalibot yung lugar na pupuntahan mo. Anyway… :) It was my first time to experience the worst flight delay when we travelled to Boracay last August 2016 via Cebu Pacific. We waited for 6 hours in the airport because we got there 2 hours before our flight + a 4 hour flight delay. I know that wasn’t the worst because there were people there who have been waiting there for almost half a day (same airline), and that’s exactly the reason why you always have to come prepared. :) Here are the top things I want in my bag on a delayed flight, aside from my phone. :) 1. Power bank - You don’t want to run out of battery while waiting. :) 2. Pocket Wifi - If you have an available phone internet, good for you. Time flies when you’re surfing the net, checking Facebook and other latest gossips! You wouldn’t even notice it’s been hours since you first started. :) 3. Earphones - If you got tired of checking social media accounts, you can watch series or movies while waiting. It’s another good way to kill time but, you’ll be needing earphones for that to avoid disturbing the people around you. 4. A Book - If all else fail, stick to the classic. Read a book! :) For my gadget picks, these are the brands I use: 1. Ye!! (from HIVE MIND/Digital Walker) because they make really cute power banks. Another brand that also make cute ones is Momax! They make milk carton & juice box power banks! :) You can also find Momax at any Digital Walker stores. :) 2. Coloud Earbuds - this one is also from HIVE MIND & Digital Walker. I have the red and white colored one, which I got for free, but girls would really love the pink & purple earbuds! I wanted thatttt!!!!! Hahaha! :) 3. Huawei Pocket Wifi - I tried the brand ZTE before and it was meeehhh. Huawei works far better and its battery also lasts longer! My pocket wifi battery can last up to 3 days (when used regularly) to 5 days (if it’s not used often). That’s it for today! I’m just making quick blog updates before my laptop crashes again. :) P.S. Thank you Digital Walker, Hive Mind and Beyond The Box always solving my gadget needs! :) #travel #TravelEssentials #FlightDelay #DelayedFlight #CebuPacific #Powerbank #PocketWifi #earphone #earbuds #Coloud #Momax #Ye!! #DigitalWalker #HiveMind #Huawei #HuaweiPH #airport #airportstories #gadget #gadgets #technology #techie #book #travelblog #blogger #Philippines #ARCPR
Growing up in the Philippines, the first ever peanut butter that I got to know was Lily’s Peanut Butter. And even though I’ve been introduced to different imported brands over the years, there’s still something about Lily’s that feels like home. :) Compared to other peanut butters, which are mostly just nutty and little sweet and salty, Lily’s peanut spread is more on the sweet side but still nutty and delicious. I guess the nice sweet touch to their product is what really makes it Pinoy. And now, they have introduced a less sinful version of their famous peanut butter! :) They have adapted to people’s transition to choosing healthier foods by adding Stevia extract to their ingredient instead of regular sugar. With that, you can feel less guilty when you put a spoonful of peanut butter over your bread/toast! :) Here’s a good breakfast choice for those who on a diet and always on a rush: My Favorite Banana Peanut Butter Milkshake 1 Banana 2 Ice Cubes 1 Spoonful of Lily’s Peanut Spread Lite 1 Regular Mug of Milk Put everything in the blender and SHAKE until it’s smooth and creamy :) I’ve tried using other peanut butters for this recipe and so far, Lily’s is the best choice because it’s sweeter peanut butter flavor compliments the milkshake better. :) Here’s the line up of Lily’s Products. From left to right: Lily’s Crunchy Peanut Butter, Lily’s Peanut Butter, Lily’s Peanut Spread Lite, Lily’s Coco Jam, Lily’s Chocolate Peanut Butter :) Here’s another sweet breakfast idea/breakfast treat: Pinoy Style Peanut Butter & Jelly The famous American favorite, Peanut Butter & Jelly, is usually made of Peanut Butter & Strawberry/Grape Jam sandwiched between two toasts. For our Pinoy Style Peanut Butter & Jelly here’s what you can do: Pandesal with Lily’s Peanut Spread & Coco Jam! :) It’s super easy to make, it’s yummy and comforting! :) #PeanutButter #Recipe #Lilys #LilysPeanutButter #LilysPeanutSpreadLite #diet #Stevia #BreakfastFood #BreakfastRecipe #EasyToMake #GuiltFree #Food #Flaylay #blogger #launch #CertifiedBloggers #Breakfast #Milkshake #WhatsNew #NewProduct #Philippines #Ad
