I’m not a big ramen eater, but I like them better than regular Chinese noodles. I’ve already tried a couple of ramen places and so far my favorites are Ichiran, Ramen Nagi and now, Hanamaruken is also added to my list. :) I ordered the Spicy Tobanjan Ramen (Php 300) because I LOVE spicy noodles!!! It did not disappoint, but it wasn’t the best either. It was spicy but the level of spiciness was tolerable. I was hoping for a spicier and more flavorful ramen. :) I like my brother’s order better. He got the Spare Ribs Ramen (Php 390). The taste was stronger and it was more flavorful. The meat was tasty and tender. The noodles was cooked al dente. It was perfect!!! :) I left the restaurant slightly regretting that I didn’t order this one or the Pot Belly version. Hahaha! :) My only concern is that I wish their ramen is served with more soup. Medyo nabitin ako ng slight eh. :D Their GYOZA (Php 240) is delicious! It was bite sized, crunchy on the outside but juicy on the inside. That’s exactly how I like my gyoza to be cooked! My brother and I both agreed that this one is pretty good so it’s definitely one of the things I’m gonna re-order on my next visit! :)
