What to wear in a Tinghun/Chinese engagement? One of the dilemmas of going to such occasions is what you’re gonna be wearing because it’s supposed to be formal/semi-formal but not in the same level as wedding attires. So, I thought it should be more dressy than regular casual wears but it shouldn’t appear too bongga and formal either. As you can see, the dilemma here is whether you’re gonna arrive overdressed or underdressed. Haha! To keep it safe, I just wore a midi-skirt and heels to achieve that dressier look. It’s neither casual nor formal because 1. it’s not too short and not too long; and 2. it’s still slightly casual because it’s wearable in the mall and it’s also slightly formal because it’s not an outfit that would be an initial choice for a simple trip to the mall. :) Another Tinghun outfit suggestion for future reference: a simple yet elegant dress that’s either short or mid in length + heels. :) I saw another outfit there that’s worth considering for future Tinghun reference: Palazzo pants + nice chiffon or silk top + heels. She wore it pretty nicely and it looks classy so APPROVE! :) Now for the details: Blush Chocker Top from @arra.ph on instagram :) But, there are a lot of online shops that’s selling this top. One of them is Vanilla Breeze Clothing. :) Mango Nude Heels :) Leafy Midi Skirt from @curtsyph on instagram. :) #Tinghun #TinghunOOTD #WhatToWear #TinghunOutfit #EngagementWear #EngagementParty #CurtsyPH #Mango #ArraPH #MidiSkirt ChokerTop #blogger #ootd #lotd #look #outfit #style #personalstyle #fashion #chictopia #lookbook #styleblogger #look
